My car came without one and I've purchased one off of eBay that I will be painting soon. In looking at the recess in the bumper where the filler goes, I see two holes there for screws, but the slots for the little tabs at the top of the filler seem to be completely inaccessible to a screwdriver of any type. Just curious. |
