Subject: RE:I need help finding the thickness of a Felpro Head Gasket by vis_croceus on 2008/1/12 6:30:00 Several threads I found on cz28.com indicate that that is the stock-thickness Al-head replacement (i.e., 0.049) The preferred .02X gasket is the Reinz. The Mr. Gasket has been used by a lot of people but has packaging problems that cause it to rip when you open it. While plenty of people have used the GM Impala gasket, it is not intended for use with Al heads so some think it may lead to corrosion problems long term. |
