| Cooling Fan Switch |
Subject: Cooling Fan Switch by X-FIRE on 2010/8/3 18:49:27 I am in the process of putting in a new cooling fan switch in my 84. I just purchased the switch today. I was getting things ready to install tomorrow..I just looked at the harness/pigtail and the end that goes into the switch is very broken up and brittle. The other end of the wire looks like it goes to a ground on the engine, am I right in saying this or is it more involved? I am using the stock setup as it works pretty good until I found the switch broken. I am not putting in a manual switch to control the fans myself, so it will be kept stock. I am going to order the factory harness/pigtail today. Any help would be appreciated... |
