Subject: Re: Weatherstrip install for Roof and doors by Steve40th on 2010/8/22 16:52:47 The tops removal was messy, due to it was replaced and guy used SUPERGLUE! on it. Seriously, Callaway painted this in 99, and the top weatherstrip was replaced and he used the yellow 3M glue. The doors werent bad. If you have the patience, taken the door panels off is easier. I had to re adjust the roof, which isnt hard as you take the rearview mirror down and the sun visors and the plastic strip above and you loosen the triangle of bolts, adjust and voila. But you must hold onto the roof better than me when walking around with it! The weatherstrip fit perfectly and the doors/roof are tight now. |
