OK... No High-Tech problem solvers here. I need to get a son to hang on to the laptop for me too. Maybe he can cut the grass and take out the trash too. Only kidding.

I like to do a run, stop the car; save it and then create another run perhaps a little different and then save it. So I wind up stopping and trying to keyboard a little bit and its a pain if the computer is on the floor or sliding off the seat.

Maybe your seats don't slope down like mine do, but I was thinking about cutting some foam so it would fit the contours of the seat and then making a cutout to fit the laptop.
