From my persepctive, that looks like one strong stock L98. 199rwhp is about 250 at the crank (with an auto). Not shabby at all.
Are you doing a full cat back, then? meaning, 2 cats and all?
I am betting you will pick up some power, but not a lot. The power will come once the intake is replaced; HOWEVER, you will see a HUGE jump when that happens.
