Yes the one I'm trying to make fit is a 9600. The problem seems to be that the pinion/starter drive on the 9600 appears to be located slightly higher and to the right of the factory starter. Thats why it's hitting the bellhousing when the drive is out/engaged. I may try the other Powermaster 9502, which has the stock LTX style offset nose (Prozac linked) and try and sell this one (at a loss) if things don't work out tomorrow. Will |
