I'm using the same converter that Pete set up for me before. It's a 3,000 stall 9.5" converter. I think it should work pretty good with my 383 setup. The 3,000 stall converter worked great before. I didn't have any issues with the way the car drove under normal operating conditions. At the track it really stoked the launch but when driving to the grocery store it behaved quite docile.
