1.56?

1.56 sounds right, but Jerry didn't put the exhaust valve diam. on the flow sheet, just the intake valves. Which I knew because he called me and told me that he ordered the 2.05 valves since they were the same price as the 2.00 valves.

This whole thing got started when we found excessive wear to the installed valve guides and one of the 2.0" original valves had cracked. Also, Jerry was pissing and moaning about the crappy port job on the heads. So, I broke down and told him to go ahead and re-do the heads. I was just going to have him replace the guides and the one bad valve but again he didn't care for the Ferrea valves that were installed. So I told him to go ahead and put all new Manley valves instead. He did a baseline flow before and after which showed some good gains in flow over the previous LE2 port work. Plus he had to do some more un-shrouding of the valves to accommodate the larger intake holes. He even went so far as to chamfer the cylinders to allow the gasses to smoothly pass over the ridge created by the cylinder edge at the combustion chamber top.
