I'm in the garage now with drivers VC off. I tried the engine running technique. When the rockers are loose and clacking the oil squirts out good. When I set them to half a turn it almost stops. Is that right? Also when it turn them that half a turn it sort of stumbles which I assume is because of the change even though I turn it really slow.

Help!
