Thanks guys for the help, I am going to shop for a Bow Tie block, use my forged 406 parts, probably will change the rods, get the cam that Pro Charger suggests, build the block and rotating assy rock solid, and go for 8-10 psi boost.

I drove 5-hours each way to the Hot Rod Power Tour Thursday/Friday and I saw a lot of craapped out cars on the way, I was pretty happy that my car took the trip with ease, and I was getting 40MPG with my TKO 600 at 70 MPH / 2100RPM

My goal will be to have a dependable setup with out dinking around with it constantly.

What type of maintenance is there on these Superchargers?

How much does your car weigh to be knocking down 40mpg?
putting around everywhere I ALMOST get to 17mpg

the 40mpg was only interstate driving
