93 running issues

Subject: 93 running issues

SORRY FOR THE LONG POST
Ok guys this is my 1st post, I am new here so let me give you alittle back ground on the car. Its a 1993 bone stock 60,000 miles. I replaced the opti a few years ago. The opti has never been wet or anything like that.

Here is the issue last fall i was driving the car at night to work and it died and it wouldnt start. So i left it went back at lunch it started right up so i took it home got my Daily driver. After this issue it sat for the winter well after a few months I got the car out had the tranny serviced. Thinking it was ready to go took it out for a drive and it died going down the road. So I thought ok its gotta be the ICM I replaced it and the coil. Took it out ran great till it gets to operating temp (180-190) and if you nail the gas it dies, it will start right back up after it sits for about 5 mins. So i replaced the fuel pump and filter. Still same issue runs great at low temps but after it hits operating temp it will die when u nail the gas and will restart after it sits. Also just FWIW it will also do this sitting in the drive way in park. Sorry for the long post. I am no expert or a repair guru lol, But there is no check engine light, havent pulled code dont have a code reader. Please help thanks in advance.
