For the rear they should be the same part number for 88 and up.

If you need to replace your rear outer tie rod ends - moog is the answer. Any tie rod end or ball joint - moog is the answer.

SKF or Timken for the hub assembly - its going to be expensive. But I'd rather change a c4 rear hub than a c5 rear hub. You don't have to take apart as much of the rear suspension to change the c4 hub.
