i've never heard of people using anti-seize on the spark plugs....

I wouldn't do it personally. the spark plugs are really fine thread and use a clean steal thread that gets changed semi-regularly - i.e. a good seat. your exhaust manifold bolts... well, lol, you look at them and they are kind of grody usually coming with a minimum of at aleast a little rust or something on em. lol.....
