By their very nature, they are a boundary between 2 different things - in this case, air and fuel. And the fuel is at 50+ PSI. I would get tired, too. Over time, the piece stretches and simply gives up. Remember, fuel is toxic and attacks materials, even ones resistant aren't resistant forever. There is nothing more to understand. Be thankful you can get a new one! |
