There are quite a few on the engine that are one-offs designed specifically for the C4, but you can probably find a work around in these areas.

Mcmaster carr is great, but you have to buy like 50 of each. Sometimes its actually cheaper to buy the more expensive bolts, or flange bolts, because they sell in smaller quantities.

Stainless bolts suck. They are weaker and more prone to cross threading or snapping and very hard to find flange bolts for. They are ok in some areas, but don't limit yourself.

Stick with the grade 8 stuff, it holds up to the heat and corrosion well.
