Welcome to the site.

Did it run fine before you changed these maintenance items?

A few things:

Messing with that idle stop adjustment (the little screw)will affect the idle by allowing more air past the throttle blades. This will also affect the TPS reading because the TB blades are more open. At idle without opening the blades it should read about .54 volts (I have to double check this, I'm going off the top of my head. I think in 91 it changed to a non-adjustable TPS). (See below.) You need to do the base base idle and TPS reset procedure, which I will post later since I'm not at home.

Did you pull the distributor to replace any items? I recommend you check your timing again.

Double check the plug wires to make sure 1) they are not crossed 2) they are tight connections.

The vibration on the highway is probably not related to your tune up. Most common problems are wheels out of balance/out of round or u-joints.
