Off the top of my head, though, it appears that it's coming from the plenum ports on the passenger side? If so, at least on my MAF, they go to the fuel pressure regulator and the check valve for the HVAC system. Does the heat air work correctly? Ie, blows out of different vents, or just out of the defroster?
