The kit with pins and bushings run $11/door or you can get just the bushings (Summit, Amazon). I bought 2 universal kits, 12 pcs. for the 67. I pressed the bushings in with a vice without using anything but the jaws (hinges were off the door of course). Pins come out fairly easy. If you have the GM part number, check the Dorman brand, probably much cheaper.
