Bought new weatherstripping from Wilcox) halo, hatch and windshield rubber. I have reolaced the halo and hatch weatherstripping and that alone has made such a noticable differance to the noise level insdie the cockpit! I started the windshield phase by trying to rmove the trim moldong around the windshield. I can not figure how to "break" loose the pilar trim once the 3 screws are removed. Plus I am not sure how to drop the sunvisors once I remove the locking nut. Any guidance (w/photos) would be tremendous. Thanks in advance....

After the advice I did the weatherstripping today. Here is what the old ws looked like before removing it:

After the removal and a bit of elbow grease and time:
