Staples is the only way to do it wright any ather way it will come lose you can get a stapler at a fabric store . Good luck.

OK thanks, but I also wonder how to do the disassemble the whole thing.
Do I start to remove the hogrings that are holding sides and middle section together? It is crimped around 2 thin rods, one from the side bolster cover and one from the middle section cover, all together with the "frame skeleton rod". Same on both sides. So, I imagine, if I loose these hogrings and some in the bottom part, I can fold the side bolster cover out and then reach the staples. Same thing for the main middle part of the seat cover.
I mean, the hogrings crimped around the 2 thin rods and the "skeleton rod" is really the key to dismantling the seat???
