Those are Goodyear HiMiler hoses. The kit with the rad hoses is about $50 then I had to buy some extra in bulk. Summit sells it in 6'(?) lengths. They claim it's more durable than silicone. I got sick of replacement hoses lasting a 2 years or so (considering the original hoses were on the car for 15+ years.)

You can also get clamps from them that have a protective piece to prevent the threads from digging into the hose.

I recall the heater lines are 3/4 and 5/8. I was able to change everything except for this stupid little section that feeds the oil cooler, the molded hose shrinks from 3/4 to 5/8" and connects to a steel tee.
