Subject: Anyone have a 96' with the dreaded HVAC problem ? by runner140 on 2008/5/20 16:02:38 Looking for tips or sympathy attacking the problem. I use a FSM which describes the problem BUT it is very difficult to get at. Straight up from the gas pedal, about a foot and a half. Put the steering wheel up, put the seat all the way back and get on your back, and look up. The nipples on the controller/programmer have to be trimmed back because of the heat, they collapsed. Then reconnect the vacuum hoses and your done. Sounds like a one Chiropractor job. Seriously any tips will be greatly appreciated. |
