For C4s, 84-87 had the same offset. It changed and remained the same 88-96. C5 is also a slightly different offset than the later c4s. The later c4 and c5 rims will fit your car with adapters (don't use spacers). Unless you are getting a super price for the rims, I don't think it's worth it (because you have to buy adapters). You can go on ebay and get AFS or OE wheels that fit the particular offset for your year and have later wheel styles. I'd check into that if I were looking for new rims.
