Thats how I did mine...through license plate and w'o reverse lights. Only 2 screws and have more room for your arm! It may be easier if you happen to have the exhaust off and do it from below and nix the license plate.



Actually you will need a LED Electronic flasher for a 1990. Even if you have a newer vette with an electronic flasher instead of a thermal flasher they blink very rapidly.
You cant find one at your local auto store.
Its a hard part to find (Lumipro EF32RL) but is available from CorvetteCentral for $15

or backordered at Eckler's (pic there)http://www.ecklers.com/product.asp?pf ... es+-+Lamps-_-52951-_-Xfor $10. But you can also find them at almost any truck stop and online at only 2 places.
