It may be easier if you happen to have the exhaust off and do it from below and nix the license plate. Actually you will need a LED Electronic flasher for a 1990. Even if you have a newer vette with an electronic flasher instead of a thermal flasher they blink very rapidly. You cant find one at your local auto store. Its a hard part to find (Lumipro EF32RL) but is available from CorvetteCentral for $15 or backordered at Eckler's (pic there)http://www.ecklers.com/product.asp?pf ... es+-+Lamps-_-52951-_-Xfor $10.
