As it stands, the pictures are good, but the parts would be better. This is what he needs to do: 1. Take all photos and print them, in sequence - ALL photos, with time stamps printed on them. Leave no doubt. 2. Compose a very legal sounding letter, outlining what work was supposed to be done, in addition to what the tuning process discovered, and why this step was taken (lack of faith, etc). 3. Take your comments, Ron, and use them as the expert witness. Which is what you are. If help is needed with the wording, let me know. 4. Submit all documentation to the shop in question and give them a chance to make right. They are the contractor here, they have recourse to their subcontractor, so give them a chance to make this right. I removed a reference to the shop name. This is to protect the confidentiality of the process. If it falls flat, so be it, then we inform the public. |
