Portmatched or not you can only get XX amount of air through the intake port. THey were opened up but not "hogged" as some would say all the way through. There is a lot of tapering and shaping as the port gets closer to inside of the plenum...Floors and roof got some attention to. No need to make them "giant" to move some air, more than one way to skin a cat. |
