It sounds like you have a pretty stock car, so you might not want to upgrade to a more powerful pump, but here is a good option if you do.
The stock pump from a Toyota Supra turbo is good to about 500 RWHP, is quiet, reliable, and can be had for less than $200. There will be some minor modifications, but nothing you can't handle.
