In my opinion, no. They can work, but both are huge.
If it were my car, I would look for the following:
Int duration @ .050 224
Exhaust duration @ .050 230
Intake lift .550 with the 1.6 rockers
Exhaust lift .550 with the 1.6 rockers

Lobe seperation 112

I would not go flat tappet cam, and would do a roller conversion.
In my opinion, flat tappet cams should be obsolete. Without zinc in the oils, the risk of break in failure is not worth it.
