No problem, she says.... Well, its nearly a week later, and no part. I've emailed this CS rep several times, with no reply. They're getting a call this am, because my patience has reached its end... Has anyone else ever have problems with Ecklers? I've ordered a few items here and there, and never had a problem...until now... Tks! |
