The tech II is a tool that releases the little bit of fluid left in the ABS unit lines. It's super expensive. Instead of that, bleed the system once with new fluid, then go out and make 3 or 4 real fast panic stops and engage the ABS each time. That should flush most of the old stuff out and back into the regular lines. Then you can bleed the system again. Don't touch the ABS unit itself.
