That's one of the reasons I was so irritated by the Banski threads the other day. Tom is trying to be there for us, in our own time zone, for a product with a piss-poor market and even less profit margin. And he gets crucified for it. I'd pay more for the ability to call him if I had an issue...

i can't single handedly save small businesses, but I can do my part.


Several years back, a co-worker needed a new car. He went to the local Honda dealer and they were a one-price only place. My research told me their one price was actually pretty damned good.

I told him as much, but he had to negociate. He spends a month dicking between the local dealer and two others 40 miles away... drives... phone calls... all to save - get this - $200.00!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I hate people at times...
