Fact, new throttle bodies have a hole for the fresh air PCV system. Picture:  Fact, the air foil of that type totally blocks the fresh air PCV. But could be modified to work well. The mounting piece of metal is made to only take up half the diameter of the fresh air opening. A hole could be drilled in the air foil to let the system function normally.
