So on that note, would you consider it more economically sound to buy a tune at $100 to change the injector constant, or would it be better to buy another set of injectors for $300 USD cause the ones youve allready got for $300 USD are not big enough for a modded engine later on?

I know they are fine on a stocko L98, but when the time comes to start upgrading(which he doesnt seem to be able to restrain himself from doing despite our advice), 19lb/hr will be useless.

There are certain things you replace before they break, that is plain common sense. There are alot of things that work fine til they die (and as long as they wont take out other good parts with them, which very few items ever will, they can stay till their life is up), and replacing them before they fail is called "throwing away perfectly good parts" and is wasting good money, and good money is hard to come by.
