I'm guessing it has more to do with the fact there is no TPI. Your theory could be correct, but I doubt it

Car has 90k or 91k on it. I can't remember exactly.

Joe - I'll have to look later, I didn't really scan it for a part #.

As far as pulling the hood, no real reason to do it unless you're pulling the trans with the motor. There might be a little more light, but there is plenty of room to work around.

Oh, I will be cleaning up the engine bay later.
