Need more info. Vibration and tire hop are really 2 different things.
Vib - when, what speed, under acceleration, deceletation?

Tire hop, again when? Hard launch, around corners?

The only thing in your vid that I can think of that would cause that is a bolt that wasn't tightened properly. It had to be working on the holes for a while to do that.
