| Fuel regulator malfunction |
Subject: Fuel regulator malfunction by apeacefulstorm on 2010/4/27 21:10:55 Was on my way to Ohio, just outside of Nashville the car stuttered, then in the rearview mirror I saw pale blue smoke, then white smoke, then the engine shutdown.... My mechanic said it appears the fuel regulator malfunctioned and sprayed fuel into the engine and everywhere else... Two questions; 1, is this a problem that is easy to fix, and 2, how much would you ask for a 93 40th anniversary (275k on the clock)in decent condition? |
