The bell housing bolts are difficult. The top ones are best accessed using several feet of extensions and a swivel socket on the end. Try a variety of extensions/lengths to see what works. Already having the exhaust off is a big help.

As far as the headers, are they painted or coated? I can't tell from the pictures.

The miniram is a great intake. You should have no complaints.

Don't forget you'll need a computer tune, as well.
