Subject: Has anyone done a clutch on a ZF6 and why I think Centerforce SUCKS? by Eagle223usa on 2010/6/27 6:15:05 So Anyone done one? I had mine done about 6k miles ago. Put in a Centerforce dual friction. Tonight I was rolling down Rt88 headed home after dinner with the wife. We were cruising at about 20 mph when I went to shift up to third gear and heard a pop. The pedal went slack and I have no clutch.The slave then dumped the hydralic fluid onto the hot exhaust causing alot of smoke. Took 3 hrs. to get towed two miles home. Does anyone make a good clutch for our cars? Sorry if I sound like I'm rambling it's been a tough nite. Thanks. Goodnight. |
