IF your deal falls through, I recommend Carolina Clutch. I'm on about my 5th year of racing with one of their parts. I have a "stage 3" which is probably unecessary for you, and if I remember correctly it was about $300. That doesn't include a pressure plate, though.

I had it apart this spring with the motor rebuild and it's in great shape...I just got a new disc for my flywheel and put it back together.
