Well, that was more Napa's fault than anything. They sold me the smaller version of the throwout bearing, misboxed, and that metal got in my eye at some point during the 12 attempts to stab the blacktag trans into it, at 3am (because that was the only time it was below 90*F outside). Some people learn the hard way I guess.

Does your old bearing have the plastic inner sleeve? That is the blue tag unit for mid94-96 cars.
