Subject: Re: Band Clamps and Cats by patgizz on 2010/7/3 20:12:10 ive been using the walker/summit butt joint stainless band clamps for years, with as much as an inch separating the pipes depending on how big a POS the car was and i have never had issue with them. the flange from cat to the h pipe on my beater crown vic rusted so i cut it out and put on one of those clamps 2 years ago bridging the inch or so gap. no leaks. |
