As for drilled, nobody casts holes in their rotors. A "quality" drilled rotor has radiused holes that are staggered to reduce hotspots and don't go through the cooling vanes.

A bumper sticker that says "I'm a douchebag" is much cheaper than drilled rotors, and gives your car the same type of look.
