No, not anything with a black stripe is a ground.

I think you'll have difficulty using the stock fiat wiring harness. That is set up for a main high beam/driving light in the center and the outside light is a dip light with a motor. They both appear to be controlled by separate circuits with relays and of course a switch.

Also, those headlights appear to use an "h1" bulb as opposed to an h4 like the vette would use.

If it were me, I'd ditch the side lights, and just use the center section for the main beam. From what I've read, the h1 wiring should fit the h4 light bulb, too, but you'll have to verify this.

This is all theoretical at this point. I know zero about Fiat/European wiring and I'm not too good if I can't see what I'm working on.
