In front I have the aux fan besides the main spahl fan I have with the dewitts rad.
If so can I program the pusher fan to come on at a certain trans temp?

The pusher fan does little except make a noise especially if you have a upgraded main fan with higher than stock cfm flow
I removed mine , mounted the trans cooler w/ fan in it's place and used the old pusher fan wiring / relay as a supply
I have one of these Spal switches on the cooler line to operate the cooler fan
