It's tough to make a fair comparison because the shocks that were on the car when I bought it last year were original with 120k on them as far as I could tell (Bilstein/Delco). They were bouncy, uneven, and the fore/aft motion when on less than perfect streets made me check my mirrors for a down water-skier. These things were really shot.

I don't think the sports are harsh or too firm at all. I like them. It feels like a Corvette should. Handling is much improved all the way around.
