They flat out ROCK. They got it, tested it, rebuilt it, and it is on its way back - NO CHARGE. Apparently, the reluctor disc was bent, and it slowly ate away at the optical pickup. I am seriously impressed. The honesty on the real problem is nice. It makes all sorts of sense, too. The speed of response is excellent. It is so nice to get good customer service these days. The part should be here next week. The unit worked great until last week, so I still feel it is a good piece. I definitely recommend it, now knowing how their CS responds. |
