Parts for the belt conversion are:

Belt
Tensioner
P/S Pulley
Idler Pulley

I have the GM part numbers if you want them.
BTW, this was a GM Service Bulletin for noisy/fraying belts.
Bulletin # 93-273-6A

The harmonic balancer only needs to be marked for a quick reference when putting it back on. One of the 3 holes is offset. It will only go on one way with all 3 bolts in.
