Simple. jack car up, turn wheel to allow access. Take cotter pin out, uncrew nut. Losen tie rod at inner tie rods connection, MARK it. Then push or tap tie rod out of knuckle, then unscrew it off. Reverse for install. Torque nut to 35 ft/lbs for tie rod ball joint.
Tighten nut up to tie rod.
I would recommend doing both at same time, so they are equally tight. And then get it aligned.
