I say your valve seals are installed wrong. take a valve cover off and see if any are not all the way down on the head. If they werent installed correctly, they will back off the head and ride the valve and allow oil into the chamber.
Just did a motor a couple weeks ago and forgot to push/tap them(valve stem seals) on the head during spring change.
